Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Green Property Condition Assessments
The Manya Group has worked with public housing authorities to provide RAD property condition assessments from the time that the RAD program was launched. Clients have included the Grand Rapids Housing Commission (MI), the Fargo Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MI), the Milledgeville Housing Authority (GA), the Vancouver Housing Authority (WA), the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IA), and the Minot Housing Authority (ND). Assessment services included energy audits, sustainable upgrade recommendations, utility baseline assessments, and payback analysis.
Mark to Market (M2M)Property Condition Assessments
The Manya Group has worked extensively with HUD to provide both Lite and Full property condition assessments for low-income housing projects throughout the United States. Projects have ranged in size from 8 units to 216 units and have served elderly, disabled and multi-family populations. Full property condition assessment services included energy audits, sustainable upgrade recommendations, and payback analysis.
